What is Surfsnax?

Surfsnax is a premium seafood snack stick — real salmon, smoked over hardwood, made portable. We started with salmon because it's one of the best proteins on the planet, and we figured it was time seafood earned a spot in the snack aisle.

What flavors do you offer?

Beech Smoked, Teriyaki, and Jalapeño. Pick a favorite, then try the other two.

Are all the flavors smoked the same way?

Yes. Every stick starts the same way — Atlantic salmon, slow-smoked over real hardwood. Teriyaki and Jalapeño just build on that with their own seasoning on top.

What does Beech Smoked taste like?

Mild and savory, with a bit of garlic and caraway, and a clean peppery finish. It's the flavor that tends to win over people who don't think they like salmon.

What does Teriyaki taste like?

Think salmon teriyaki from your favorite sushi spot — sweeter than our original, with umami that builds the more you eat.

What does Jalapeño taste like?

Our original with heat added — earthy and warm, working with the smoke instead of against it. Peppery, not pickled.

Where does your salmon come from?

Our salmon comes from BAP and ASC certified sustainable farms in Scotland and Chile. 

What do those certifications actually mean?

They monitor how the fish are raised, what they're fed, how the farms treat their surroundings, and safety standards across the whole supply chain. We hold every product in our lineup to that bar.

What's the nutrition like?

Every Surfsnax stick has 9-10g of protein and 1,000mg of omega-3s, all in under 110 calories. Real protein from real fish — not engineered, not added in.

Is Surfsnax good for kids?

Yes — our own kids eat these, which is exactly why we hold them to a high bar. Short ingredient list, real fish, no negotiation required at lunchtime.

Do I need to cook or refrigerate it?

Nope. Surfsnax is shelf-stable and ready to eat straight from the package — no prep, no utensils, no kitchen required.
