Both are traditional curing spices that pair naturally with smoked fish. They add depth without overpowering the salmon.

Our salmon comes from BAP and ASC certified farms in Scotland and Chile.

We smoke our salmon slowly,  over real hardwood in a true smokehouse. The seasoning just knows when to step in.
