Shipping

Surfsnax currently ships within the U.S. only.

Orders over $30 ship free. Orders under $30 are charged a flat $5 shipping fee. For Alaska, Hawaii, and the US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands), orders over $30 ship free and orders under $30 are charged a flat $15 shipping fee.

Orders are processed within 2 business days and ship via UPS. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Because Surfsnax salmon sticks are shelf-stable, there's no cold-chain packaging or rush shipping required — your order travels just fine at room temperature.

Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If anything looks incorrect, damaged, or defective, contact us right away at info@surfsnax.com with your order number and a description of the issue (a photo helps too).

Quality Issues

If there's a quality issue with your Surfsnax product, we'll replace it. Reach out to info@surfsnax.com within 15 days of receiving your order, and we'll send you a prepaid replacement shipping label at no cost to you.

To be eligible for a replacement:

• You must contact us within 15 days of delivery

• Please have your order number or proof of purchase ready

Returns

Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery. As a food product, Surfsnax salmon sticks must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. We're unable to accept returns on opened or partially consumed products, sale items, or gift cards.

To start a return, contact us at info@surfsnax.com within 15 days of delivery. Returns sent to us without first requesting one will not be accepted.
